Payment terms will be set out in your event proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due before the event. Late payments may affect our ability to deliver the agreed services.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and postponement terms will be set out in your contract. If you cancel or materially change your event, any deposit or fees already paid may be non-refundable, depending on the timing and costs already incurred.
7. Liability
We carry appropriate public liability and event insurance for our services. Our total liability to you for any event shall not exceed the total fees paid for that event, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
8. Supplier and third-party arrangements
We may arrange services on your behalf with third-party suppliers. Where these are provided under separate contracts, their terms and conditions will apply. We will always act in good faith when selecting suppliers and coordinating your event.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Origin Event Group Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
